1. Nature of Service
Clearpoint provides a digital pipeline for international real estate discovery and acquisition. We facilitate connections between overseas investors and RERA-licensed professionals in Dubai. Clearpoint is not a real estate brokerage itself but a technology platform and lead-generation service.
2. User Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United Arab Emirates or other applicable jurisdictions (e.g., UK, India, Canada).
3. Remote Acquisition Risks
Real estate investment involves significant financial risk. While Clearpoint utilizes proprietary vetting and virtual tours, investors are encouraged to perform independent due diligence. Clearpoint does not guarantee specific yields or capital appreciation.
4. KYC and Compliance
All property acquisitions facilitated through our partners require mandatory e-KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks in accordance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and proprietary frameworks found on this website (including our "Liquidity Reports" and "Micro-Market Studies") are the intellectual property of Clearpoint. Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the mainland laws of the UAE, where applicable.
